Terms and Conditions of all sales
Early Landcruiser Spares (ELS) offer a minimum 30 day warranty for all used and second hand parts unless otherwise stated. These warranty terms are not transferable and original invoices are required for proof of purchase.•Body parts as inspected•No allowance is made for transportation or labour costs•Part returns must be received within 7 days of invoice date. A 20% handling charge will be incurred for parts “NO LONGER REQUIRED”. Part returns must be accompanied by original invoice.•ELS will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income or damage/downtime because of the failure of the part sold.
Warranty
Engines are warranted against smoking, knocking and excessive oil usage. It is a condition of this warranty that your radiator be cleaned thoroughly, also heater and radiator hoses including fan belts be checked and replaced if necessary.• Engines are sold as Long Bare. Accessories and manifolds if fitted are not guaranteed to be correct for your model and are not warranted. Closely examine before installation and swap parts from your original engine where necessary.•Diesel engines will need injectors and pump to be serviced or warranty void.•All change over units to be returned ASAP or no warranty will be considered.•All transmissions must be fitted with a new filter kit and front seal by a qualified transmission repairer. The transmission warranty will be void if this is not carried out.
Exchange / Credit Policy
In the instance that you are dissatisfied with the quality, condition or operation of the part you have purchased from ELS, please return it for an exchange. In cases where ELS does not have a replacement part, ELS will locate or order one in for you. All exchanges / credits or refunds must be accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase.•Parts for Credit incur a 20% handling fee and are at management’s discretion.
Your Refund Rights
You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased are defective (the defect not being caused by you), or do not match the description or sample provided by ELS, or * do not do what they are supposed to or what ELS said they would. You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.
Terms & Conditions for Freight and Insurance
ELS takes every reasonable step to ensure your freight is wrapped and strapped for transit with fragile stickers etc where applicable.
Insurance for your freight is NOT mandatory! But it is quite cheap, please ask for pricing.
Early Landcruiser Spares is NOT responsible for loss or damage during transit!
Quotes for freight are valid for 3 days only due to fuel levy etc!
ELS does not control freight transit times, please allow up to 14 days for delivery to some areas within Australia
Also if you have no means to unload pls ask for tailgate loader as all booking are made assuming you can unload!
Generally refunds are not accepted if the item isn’t faulty and you change your mind or item is not quite what you expect. However, ELS may use discretion and give you benefit of the doubt to continue customer relations, and there is a small admin fee in this instance!
ALSO please note, the minimum spend for postal items is $65
